1. Exit I-25 at University Blvd.
2. Head North on S University Blvd. for a little over 2 miles
3. Stay straight to go onto Josephine Street
4. Turn Right onto E 3rd Avenue
5. Take the 2nd Left onto Clayton Street
6. 324 Clayton Street is on the Right (See image below)

From North Denver (I-25 and 6th Avenue)
1. Exit I-25 at 6th Avenue East, exit 209A
2. Merge onto W 6th Avenue and continue for roughly 3 miles
3. Turn Right on Clayton Street
4. 324 Clayton Street will be on the left (See image below)
